Mariana C.

Mariana C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mariana began their career as a Student Worker at Borrego Springs Unified School District in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Following that, Mariana joined UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises as a Housekeeping Assistant from 2013 to 2014. In 2016, they moved on to La Casa del Zorro Desert Resort & Spa, where they worked as an Accounting and Human Resources Assistant until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Mariana held the role of Accounting and Human Resources Manager at the same company. In 2021, they transitioned to Borrego Health as a Human Resources Compliance Coordinator, a position they held until 2022 when they joined The Management Trust as a Human Resources Generalist.

Mariana C. attended UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. During their time at UC Santa Barbara, Mariana also pursued minors in Applied Psychology and Labor Studies. In November 2022, Mariana obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
