Moctezuma Moreno

Moctezuma Moreno has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they volunteered as a Volunteer Ambassador at the 77th Street Community Police Station. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars Pizza. Starting from 2016, they worked as a Head Cook at Horchateria Rio Luna until November 2021. From November 2021 to April 2022, they worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Optionwide Financial Corporation, where they provided remote and onsite customer desktop support. In May 2022, they started working as a Technical Support Engineer at OnCall IT, Inc., where they resolved basic IT issues, performed computer maintenance tasks, and installed hardware and software applications. Currently, Moctezuma works at The Management Trust as an Information Technology Technician, where they maintain IT infrastructure, provides technical support, and assists with user app maintenance and data restorations.

Moctezuma Moreno's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Downey High School. After completing high school in 2010, they enrolled at Cerritos College, where they pursued a degree in Criminal Justice from 2010 to 2018. In 2018, Moreno transferred to California State University, Long Beach, where they obtained a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2021, Moreno completed a Professional Bootcamp Certificate Program in Cybersecurity at California State University, Long Beach.

In terms of additional certifications, Moreno acquired several certifications related to cybersecurity. Moctezuma obtained a Cybersecurity Professional Certificate Program from California State University, Long Beach in April 2022. Before that, they earned certifications in Linux Security, Cloud Security, Computer Networking, and Microsoft Security, all from California State University, Long Beach, in 2021.
