Sean Frates

Sean Frates is the Division President of Texas at The Management Trust. Sean has been in this position since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at FirstService Residential from December 2013 to May 2019. Sean has also held the positions of Loan Officer at Homefront Mortgage from October 2004 to June 2006 and Facility Administrator at FirstService Residential in California from January 2003 to October 2004.

[Sean Frates] has a certification from the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. in Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Sean also has a certification from the California Department of Real Estate in Real Estate Salespersons License.
