Brandon Leigh has been a board member at THE MANCHESTER GRAMMAR SCHOOL since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at PZ Cussons from 2006 to 2019. Brandon joined PZC in 1997 as Group Financial Accountant and was promoted to Group Financial Controller and then to CFO during their 13 years with the company.

PZC is a circa £800m revenue, 4000 employee, FTSE 250 (53% family owned) FMCG business operating in Europe, Asia and Africa. Main markets UK, Indonesia, Australia and Nigeria. Categories include personal care (including beauty), home care, electricals (white goods) and food and nutrition (dairy, baby food, edible oils).

As CFO, Brandon's responsibilities included running global finance, IT, legal and M&A functions and operating a well regarded, face-to-face style of communication with both family and institutional shareholders. Brandon spent 50% of their time as CFO on commercial, strategic and ESG projects in addition to their CFO responsibilities. Brandon also led a large number of acquisition and disposals and formed and then line managed the group's beauty division for 3 years.

Prior to joining PZC, Brandon was the Commercial Finance Manager at Fort Sterling Ltd from 1995 to 1997.

Brandon Leigh completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham. Brandon also attended The Manchester Grammar School and holds a certification from ICAEW in Chartered Accountant.
