Andrew Spera has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Front Office at The Manhattan Club since July 2016, after holding positions as Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Prior roles include a Rotational Front/Back of the House Intern at Vita Nova Restaurant, a Summer Intern at The Manhattan Club, and a Rotational Intern at Courtyard by Marriott, where Andrew contributed to various departments. Previous experience also includes working as a Pantry Chef & Server at Cosi, a Cashier & Store Clerk at Harmon Discount, and a Winter Intern at Borja Law Firm, P.C. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and graduated with a Regents Diploma from Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School.
