Su Mui

Su Mui is a seasoned hotel manager currently part of the pre-opening team at The Manner since 2024. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from CUNY New York City College of Technology, they gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as a Front Office Manager at both Amsterdam Hospitality’s Bentley Hotel and Denihan Hospitality Group from 2013 to 2018. Su also held positions at SIXTY Hotels as Director of Rooms and Director of Front Office from 2020 to 2024, and previously completed an events management internship at Curran Affair Events. Their diverse background includes roles in sales and business development, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in both hospitality and customer relations.
