Jacob Manthei

Jacob Manthei is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the concrete industry, serving as President of Aster Brands since January 2016. Under Jacob Manthei's leadership, Aster Brands has developed various opportunities for concrete producers globally and operates multiple companies, including Redi-Rock International, where Jacob Manthei has also held the position of General Manager since January 2005. Additional leadership roles include Presidency at Rosetta Hardscapes and Pole Base, as well as recent involvement with Truemont Materials, a precast operation. Jacob Manthei is also an investor in The Manthei Group. Educated at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing, Jacob Manthei has further enhanced professional skills through Vistage Executive Coaching.
