Michel Trottier, CRIA, M.S.c., currently serves as Directeur des ressources humaines at The Maple Treat Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this, Michel held the position of Directeur ressources humaines at Groupe RHR inc. from August 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources, health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives as well as managing the ISO 9001-2015 quality system. Michel’s earlier experience includes roles as Conseiller ressources humaines at Groupe St-Hubert, Chef de service Ressources humaines at Alcan, and Généraliste en Ressources humaines at L'Oréal. Michel began the professional journey as a Représentant at SERVACO in Montréal. Academic credentials include a Maîtrise in Relations industrielles from the Université de Montréal and a BACC in Histoire from UQAM.
