Lalit Gupta

Lalit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lalit started their career in 1988 as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force. Lalit later worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd from 1996 to 2000. Lalit then became a Project Director at Nortel Networks from 2000 to 2003. Lalit served as the Business Director at Hayat Communications in 2003 and then as the Director - Asia Pacific at Tekelec from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, Lalit founded Spectra Televentures Pvt Ltd and held the position of Promoter and Managing Director. In 2015, they founded The Marcom Avenue, a data-driven integrated marketing and communications firm. Lalit is currently serving as a Mentor and Investor at Ucanji since 2020.

Lalit Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, between 1983 and 1988.
