Leland Riddlesperger

Leland Riddlesperger is an accomplished archivist with extensive experience in various archival roles. Currently serving as an Archivist and previously in the role of Assistant Archivist at The Mariners' Museum and Park since January 2023, Leland has also held positions at SANTA BARBARA MISSION ARCHIVE-LIBRARY INC and UCSB Library, where skills in archival processing and research services were honed. Earlier experiences include an Information Associate role at Virginia Commonwealth University and an internship at The Library of Virginia, focusing on map and manuscript collections. Leland’s career began with a Cataloger position at The Mariners' Museum, alongside quality assurance roles at BrownGreer PLC and a student internship at Muscarelle Museum Of Art. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor's degree in History from William & Mary.
