Olivia-Jane Haslam is an experienced archaeological conservator currently serving as an Assistant Archaeological Conservator at The Mariners' Museum and Park since October 2021, working on the USS Monitor collection and other archaeological collections. Previously, Olivia-Jane worked as a Consulting Conservator for the Historic Odessa Foundation, focusing on various conservation projects including leather, ceramics, books, and a wooden jewelry box. Additional experience includes managing a waterlogged cannon project at Cardiff University, cataloging photographs at the Hagley Museum and Library, and engaging in conservation efforts through multiple internships at organizations such as Historic Odessa Foundation, University of Delaware, Chris Sanderson Museum, New Castle Historical Society, and Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library. Olivia-Jane holds a Master's degree in Conservation Practice from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Art Conservation and History from the University of Delaware.
