Sarah Allmond

Sarah Allmond is an experienced operations manager currently working at The Marist School in Ascot since September 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of Compliance Manager for the South Quadrant at Harris Federation, overseeing statutory compliance across nine schools. Additionally, Sarah served as Bursar at Upton House School and Compliance HR and Information Manager at Bishopsgate School, where responsibilities included managing operations and enhancing HR functions. As a founding independent director for Stella & Dot, Sarah revolutionized their career while mentoring over 200 women in their own businesses. Prior experience includes marketing director at Sign Supply Limited and being a borough councillor for Runnymede Borough Council, where Sarah was involved in environmental initiatives. Sarah holds a Senior Leaders Master's Degree Apprenticeship in Business Administration and Management from The Open University and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Liverpool.
