About

The Aquarium Team at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk is responsible for the care, maintenance, and exhibition of nearly 7,000 animals across 360 species in 75 exhibits. Comprising roles such as the Curator of Animals, various Aquarists and Animal Keepers, and the Dive Safety Officer, the team ensures the health, safety, and well-being of the marine and terrestrial species housed at the aquarium. They also play a key role in designing and managing exhibits, participating in marine research, and contributing to educational programs that reach over 80,000 students annually.
