Christine Hemphill

Christine Hemphill is the Founder and Managing Director of Open Inclusion, a consultancy focused on disability and age-inclusive research, design, and innovation. Christine is also the Co-Chair of MRS Unlimited at the Market Research Society, with a background in strategy development and growth at Fathom Creative & Design. Christine has a diverse professional background, including experience as a professional triathlete, founder of an online community forum for women triathletes, and triathlon coach. Christine has also held executive positions at Commonwealth Bank, BT Financial Group, and Westpac Bank, with a strong educational background, including an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and certifications in accessibility.
