Guillermo Julca has worked for The Marketing Advantage, Inc. since 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst, where their duties included developing models using various software and assisting in design of next models. In 2007, they were promoted to Manager of Applied Analytics, where they were responsible for developing and supporting marketing science models exclusively for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as ensuring project timelines were maintained and project records and documentation were prepared and maintained. In 2013, they were promoted again to Software Engineering Development Director, where they were responsible for all software development, directing the software engineering function, and leading and directing the work of others.
Guillermo Julca obtained a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 1990, a B.S. in Computer Science from Mercy College in 1999, and a M.S. in Software Engineering from Fairfield University in 2007.
