Jo Coles

Jo Coles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jo currently holds the position of SVP, Client Services Transformation at The Marketing Practice. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Services Director in the Omobono team at The Marketing Practice. Before joining The Marketing Practice, Jo served as a Client Services Director at Omobono, a digital agency for business brands. Jo also worked as a Contractor - Programme Manager at The Moment, formally ONE TWO FOUR. Other notable experiences include being the Head of Client Service, UK at MSLGROUP UK, the Head of Corporate Project Management and Team Lead - Senior Project Manager at SAS, and a Project Manager at The Smiths Partnership LLP. Jo began their career as an Employee Policy Co-ordinator at Cancer Research UK.

Jo Coles obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Jo also received an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in January 2015.
