Daniel Johnston

Daniel Johnston is a software developer with experience at The Marlin Alliance, Inc. since May 2020, and has also served as a junior software developer. At SoftStack Factory, Daniel has been a facilitator since January 2020, leading the MEAN Stack and Intro to Programming courses while providing instruction to students on various coding projects and challenges. Prior to this, Daniel was involved in the catering industry at Dang Brother Pizza from July 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included event organization and operations management, as well as the creation of standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as a student supervisor at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises from January 2014 to June 2016, where oversight and training of new employees were key duties. Daniel Johnston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2016.
