Dave Ashton

Dave Ashton has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President of Business Process Optimization at Marmon Holdings, Inc. starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the V.P. of Business Transformation at Union Tank Car Company - UTLX since July 2019. From July 2018 to July 2019, Dave held the role of V.P. Operations at Pyramidodi. Dave also has experience as a Plant Manager at SCP Limited from March 2017 to July 2018. From August 2014 to the present, Dave served as the Director of Glass Operations at Taylor Made Systems. Dave was the President of Business Improvement Partners, Inc from 2006 to August 2014, and prior to that, they were the Business Improvement Manager at the same company from 2005 to 2014. Dave started their career at Guardian Industries in 1989 as a Production Manager, where they stayed until 2005.

Dave Ashton attended Purdue University from 1979 to 1983. Dave studied Management during their time at the university but did not earn a degree.
