Student Space Ambassador at The Mars Generation

Jahnavi M S is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Engineering at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago, having started in September 2024. Additionally, Jahnavi serves as a Graduate Student Researcher at the same institution. Experience includes roles as a Student Space Ambassador with the Space Generation Advisory Council and The Mars Generation since August 2021, as well as being a Major Project Student and Project Student at the Shaijumon Research Group from November 2019 to July 2024. Previous positions also include conducting research as a Research Intern and BSMS student at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram, and participating in a summer internship at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore. Jahnavi was awarded a DAAD Fellowship at the INM-Leibniz Institute for New Materials from May to August 2023. Educational background includes a high school diploma in BIO-MATH from St Marys HSS and an anticipated completion of a BS-MS degree from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram, in 2024.
