Daphne Duret

Daphne Duret is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in investigative reporting. Currently serving as a Staff Writer for The Marshall Project since October 2022, Duret has previously held positions at USA TODAY as an Investigative Reporter, and at The Palm Beach Post as both a Courts Reporter and Investigative Reporter from January 2006 to August 2019. Duret's career includes reporting as a Night Cops Reporter for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and an internship at the Chicago Tribune Media Group. The journalism journey began at the Miami Herald as a Reporter from September 2001 to January 2004. Daphne Duret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Florida International University.
