Joseph Neff

Joseph Neff is an experienced investigative reporter currently serving as a staff writer at The Marshall Project since October 2017. With a long-standing career at The News & Observer since 1992, Joseph Neff has specialized in uncovering significant stories. Joseph Neff holds a Master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
