Becky Carey

Becky Carey is a dedicated Visual Arts Teacher at Henrico County School District since August 2021 and an Art Teacher at Culpeper County Public Schools since August 2016, where responsibilities include developing lesson plans and managing classroom activities in alignment with Virginia Standards of Learning for K-5 students. Prior roles encompass serving as a Wine Tour Guide for Divine Wine Tours of Virginia, a Ground Crew Member for The Flying Circus Airshow, and an Art Instructor at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. Becky's earlier experience includes teaching art at Richmond Public Schools, working as a Studio Assistant for Awl Snap, and managing event design for Feast RVA. Academic credentials include a BFA in Painting and Printmaking and a minor in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with study experience at The Glasgow School of Art.
