Tricia Hoover is a seasoned executive producer and professional mentor with extensive experience in the entertainment and advertising industries. Currently serving as a Professional Mentor for Group Effort Initiative since July 2024, Tricia previously held the position of VP, Executive Producer at The Martin Agency since August 2019. With a background that includes key roles at reputable companies such as Organic, Commonwealth // McCann, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Deutsch LA, and Young & Rubicam, Tricia has a proven track record of leading content production and managing teams across multiple platforms. Additionally, Tricia has contributed to the academic community as an Alumni Board Member for the College of Media Arts at Central Michigan University since 2021, leveraging industry insights to guide future professionals. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University and has pursued further studies in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at New York University.
