Cesar David Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the luxury vacation rental and mortgage industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at The Maruca Group since January 2012, Cesar has excelled in managing high-end villa rentals across prestigious destinations including Miami Beach, Tulum, and Ibiza. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as a Sales Associate at Villazzo LLC, where nearly $1 million in sales was generated within six months, and as an Independent Residential Mortgage Broker at Foundation Mortgage Corporation, specializing in the complete mortgage-processing cycle. Cesar also co-owned and managed Froots, a family-owned franchised restaurant, and played a pivotal role in establishing Globelend Mortgage’s franchising structure, overseeing operations at the Miami Shores branch. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Drexel University and an Associate degree in Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
