Colleen Burch

Colleen Burch worked as a Director of Events at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore starting in March 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing staff and volunteers, coordinating events, providing customer service, liaising with contractors and vendors, conducting training sessions, tracking revenue, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Colleen exceeded annual revenue targets and was promoted to Director for their exceptional abilities. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Brotman Finance from January 2009 to January 2011. In this role, they streamlined client engagement and satisfaction, conducted meetings and teleconferences, maintained documentation and database systems, and gained new skills through training. Colleen developed a new organization structure and received extensive training in diverse management operations.

Colleen Burch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Shenandoah University from 2000 to 2004. Colleen also completed another Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from Shenandoah University at an unspecified time. Additionally, Colleen Burch obtained a Master of Science degree in Social Science from Towson University.
