Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Marketing Manager at 123Stores, Inc., and as an Associate Director at ValueLabs, where Varsha led transformation projects in the NORDICS region, focusing on improving efficiencies in ICT. Varsha's career began with technical positions at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, and education includes a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy & Innovation from Bayes Business School, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
