Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is the current Director of Athletic Academies & Athletics Administrative Assistant at THE MASTERS ACADEMY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA INC. Stephanie has also been a Regional Property Manager at Alpha Gamma Delta from March 2019 to April 2022, and a Resident Director at the University of the Pacific from June 2017 to March 2019. In their role as Resident Director, Stephanie was responsible for the selection, training, and direct supervision of 3 Resident Assistants and 4 Graduate Community Assistants. Stephanie also provided overall management and assessment of programmatic objectives in assigned community, oversaw administration of Residential Life and Housing processes and procedures at the hall level, including fire drills, health and safety inspections, room verification and opening and closing procedures, served as part of the Residential Life and Housing team to devise, execute, and evaluate departmental goals, policies, organization and programs, served as a Student Conduct Hearing Officer and adjudicated cases, maintained a program budget for the assigned residential community and served as the primary purchaser for community's programming needs, served as the Advisor for Hall Government in assigned community, and served on Residence Director duty rotation for a campus of 2,000 residents.

Stephanie Smith earned their Master of Arts in Higher Education & Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Social Science from Florida Atlantic University.

Stephanie Smith works with Todd Bellhorn - Assistant Athletic Director & Sports Information Director, Michael Macbeth - PE, Lower School Athletic Director, and Reggie Kohn - Associate Director of Athletics. Stephanie Smith reports to Trevor Berryhill, Director of Athletics.
