Shanel Parette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at The Math Learning Center since February 2018, Shanel has held various roles there, including Customer Experience Manager and Regional Coordinator. Shanel's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Willamette Heritage Center and in several capacities at Willamette University, culminating as Access Services Manager. Additionally, Shanel worked as Education Coordinator at Mission Mill Museum. Shanel holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Willamette University.
