Stephen Biggs, CFA, CAIA, CFP®, has over two decades of experience in the financial industry. Stephen is currently the Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investments at The Mather Group, LLC, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to joining The Mather Group, Stephen served as Principal and Chief Investment Officer at HC Financial Advisors, Inc. from 2008 to 2022.
Before that, Stephen worked as a Senior Analyst at Zacks Investment Research from 2003 to 2008. Stephen also served as a Senior Equity Analyst at Manning & Napier from 2001 to 2002. Stephen began their career in 1998 at Wells Capital Management as a Principal and later joined State of Montana and Montana Board of Investments as an Equity Analyst and Analyst respectively.
Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in alternative investments, financial analysis, and investment management.
Stephen Biggs, CFA, CAIA, CFP® has a Master's degree in Finance, General from San Diego State University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1996. Stephen also attended La Jolla High School from 1983 to 1986, but no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, Stephen has obtained the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association in 2019.
