Dave Kiley

Executive Vice President at The Matrix Companies

Dave Kiley has extensive work experience in the workers' compensation and claims management industry. Dave began their career in 1994 as a Claims Service Specialist at the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, where they handled the management and adjudication of workers' compensation claims. In 1997, they joined Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield as an Account Executive, where they managed a diverse group of clients and focused on cost-containment strategies. In 1999, they were promoted to Manager of Employer/Client Services after CompManagement acquired Anthem Managed Comp MCO, where they were responsible for client relations and the development of client training programs. In 2001, they became the Director of Operations at Integrated Comp, overseeing various areas such as Profit & Loss management and Quality Improvement. In 2002, they were promoted to President of CompManagement Health Systems, taking charge of the company's Managed Care Organization. In 2006, they joined Sedgwick Claims Management Services as the Senior Vice President and Director of National Managed Care Ops, leading and expanding the company's national managed care capabilities. Lastly, in 2008, they became the Executive Vice President at The Matrix Companies. Additionally, in 2007, Dave Kiley established their own consulting firm, DLK Consulting Services, where they provided strategic consulting services to the workers' compensation industry.

Dave Kiley attended the University of Cincinnati from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
