Ileana Nataly Cancinos is an experienced professional with a diverse background in group fitness instruction, digital talent acquisition, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at THE MAX Challenge since October 2020, Ileana has also excelled as a Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad USA from May 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included monitoring recruitment marketing activities and optimizing job advertising strategies. Previous experience includes roles as a Bartender and Server at Bonefish Grill and significant management experience as a Food Service Marketing Manager at Aramark Refreshment Services. Ileana has also worked in account management and public relations for several companies, including Savino Del Bene, Chamberlain Healthcare Public Relations, Blue Sky Communications, and Adrienne Landau. Ileana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Hunter College, obtained in 2014.
