Kevin Trochez possesses a diverse background in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently a Server and Food Runner at The Maybourne Beverly Hills since January 2023, Kevin is dedicated to enhancing guest experiences through high-quality food presentation and service that meets Forbes and Maybourne standards. Concurrently serving as a Banquet Server for the University of Southern California since July 2022, responsibilities include event preparation and maintaining food and beverage station cleanliness. Previous roles include Application Developer for the Santa Barbara Public Defenders, where a comprehensive ticketing system was developed, and multiple positions at Marriott International and Accor, focusing on exceptional service and hospitality standards.
