Josh Hoffman-Senn has a diverse work experience spanning a decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Research Assistant in the Nonlinear Dynamics Group at Brandeis, and a Business Development Intern at inSegment. Josh then worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Beamonte Investments, and a Product Management Summer Analyst at Liberty Mutual in 2012. In 2013, they founded a Consulting Practice and Holding Company, and in 2014 they Co-Founded Causemo, which was acquired by The Pursuant Group in 2019. In 2018, they Co-Founded The MBA Fund, a venture capital fund that has backed 70+ early stage startups, and also worked as an MBA Intern (VC) at Allied Minds and a Summer Associate (VC) at BlueIO. Most recently, in 2020, they Co-Founded Lesson Squad, a platform that allows brands to create an online engagement hub.

Josh Hoffman-Senn has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Chemistry from Brandeis University, an Affiliate degree in Economics and Chemistry from UCL, and a High School degree from Gann Academy.
