Previously, Iryna worked at Lindgren, Lindgren, Oehm & You LLP as an Associate, where responsibilities included advising emerging growth companies and venture funds on various legal matters related to venture capital financing, blockchain projects, and technology transactions. Iryna also contributed to research at UCLA School of Law and participated in a business plan competition examining legal risks for a medical startup. Earlier experience includes roles at Baker McKenzie in Ukraine, handling complex cross-border transactions and drafting bilingual legal documents. Iryna holds advanced law degrees from UCLA and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, along with a bachelor's degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
