Matt McAlear

Matt McAlear has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt is currently a host for Speed Mentorship, a leadership podcast aimed at helping leaders learn from top professionals. Prior to this, Matt served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of The McAlear Group, Inc., where they played a significant role in developing the company's expansion strategy and implementing new systems to support growth.

Before their time at The McAlear Group, Matt worked at Service Spring Corp as the Emerging Technology Director, leading the IT department and spearheading numerous projects such as setting up a corporate intranet, launching e-commerce websites, and implementing a paperless system for manufacturing processes. Matt also worked as a computer programmer and project manager during their tenure at Service Spring Corp.

Additionally, Matt co-founded Visual Construction, a startup focusing on providing digital technology products, where they served as the CEO. Here, they developed various applications and provided custom programming and consulting services.

In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they achieved Sommelier Level 1 certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2015, they attained intermediate level fluency in Spanish through the Duolingo platform. Furthermore, in 2016, they obtained a Ham Radio License from ARRL, The national association for Amateur Radio.
