Rankin Walkup has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rankin worked at The McAlear Group, Inc. from 2004 to the present, starting as a Project Engineer and progressing to roles such as Support Team Manager, General Manager of Draincables Direct, and currently serving as the Vice President of Sales. Their responsibilities included machine design and build, designing layouts, leading new location launch teams, and PLC programming and design.
In 2020, Rankin also had a role as an Executive Coach, working with Chris Anderson, the Chief Strategy Officer at The Andersons, Inc. and in 2022, they undertook a Sales Mentorship with Jeff Radke, the Chief Sales Officer at Sweetwater.
Rankin Walkup received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University in 2010. Rankin then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at Heidelberg University from 2012 to 2013.
