Paul Fagan

Paul Fagan has held various leadership positions in international organizations, including being the Director for Human Rights and Democracy Programs at the McCain Institute. Paul has also served as the Executive Director at the Eastern Congo Initiative and Director for Africa at the International Republican Institute. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University, Paul has extensive experience in program management and expertise in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
