Robby Peay

Robby Peay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mediation. Currently serving as General Counsel and Mediator at The McCammon Group since February 2022, Robby also leads Robert A. Peay, PLLC as Managing Partner, providing legal risk management and business growth strategies to a diverse clientele. Previous roles include General Counsel for Synalloy Corporation, where Robby was involved with a publicly traded holding company, and CEO/President of BIZPORT, Ltd, a reprographic services firm. Robby's career began with positions as Chief Operating Officer at McGuireWoods LLP and Associate at WilliamsMullen, P.C., following a Judicial Clerkship at the Supreme Court of Virginia. Robby holds a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, and a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law.
