Amy Fitzgerald

Amy joined The McDowell Agency, Inc. in 1998 as an Accountant. Amy was promoted to Controller in 2013. In 2019 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Amy’s responsibilities include the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition, she is also in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, compliance and payroll.

Amy is also in charge of Human Resources for the organization. She is responsible to oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between their organization’s management and its employees. Amy earned her BS degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
