Ashley Matula

Ashley Matula, PMP, serves as a Senior Design Manager at The McGowan Companies since May 2014, where a robust background in design and product marketing has facilitated successful management of over 85 programs and partnerships with leading brands including McDonald’s, IHOP, and Subway, resulting in significant revenue growth. Prior experience includes founding a B2B veterinary SaaS startup at Pongo LLC, where strategic UI/UX design and market positioning attracted venture capital interest, and launching Covet Crate, a women’s subscription box that achieved rapid growth and a profitable exit. Earlier roles at ONE Styling and Danny's, the Hair Salon enhanced marketing and design skills while blending creative endeavors with operational management. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Kent State University and recently attained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
