Sam Tripi

Sam is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Before his appointment, he served as the Administrator at Absolut Care of Three Rivers and as a Subacute Unit Coordinator at The McGuire Group’s Garden Gate Health Care Facility.

Sam holds a master’s degree in health care administration from Utica College, a bachelor of arts in English literature from Canisius College, and an associate degree in nursing from Erie Community College. His master of health care administration degree provided advanced training to identify, articulate and exhibit leadership attributes in professional work and academic forums; apply systems thinking applications in person, with a team, or within the health care organization; apply best practices in critical thinking application and creativity in guiding applied research in health care; interpret and master project management design, development, and evaluation; and identify collaborative health care initiatives.
