Kristin Kilbourne

Kristin Kilbourne is an experienced development professional with a strong background in fundraising and operational management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development, Operations at McLean Hospital since September 2011, Kristin has held various roles including Director of Development and Associate Director of Development, focusing on development operations, staff management, and annual fund activities. Prior experience includes positions such as Stewardship Officer at Lycée Français de New York, Director of Annual Giving and Foundation Relations at Kaplan K12 Learning Services, and Director of Individual Giving at both Columbia Business School and CancerCare.
