Michael Macht-Greenberg has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael started their career as an intern at New England Memorial Hospital in 1988. Michael then worked as a director at Arbour Hospital from 1996 to 2001. Michael later joined Marlborough Hospital - UMassMemorial Health Care as the Director of Psychiatric and Addictions Services & Business Director of Clinical Services from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they worked at Boston Children's Hospital as the Director of Medicine Clinical Services from 2006 to 2012. Michael then served as the Vice President of Patient Access Services at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Boston Children's Hospital - Enterprise Project Management Office as a Senior Project Manager. In the same year, they also started working at McLean Hospital, where they held various roles including Director of Clinical Operations, Senior Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Associate Chief Operating Officer (Interim).
