Brian Wood

As Vice President, Brian leads a team of project professionals in the construction of multi-family, senior living and affordable housing developments throughout the Southeast. Brian joined McShane in 2011 and contributes more than 15 years of experience managing all aspects of the general construction process including constructability evaluation and analyses, review and confirmation of subcontractor bid submittals and construction efficiency studies.

Brian directly oversees the award, implementation and delivery process of project undertakings to ensure schedule and budget requirements are met. He is recognized for fostering good working relationships with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors. Brian attended Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Science.
