David Rintz

As Regional Vice President – Multi-Family at McShane Construction Company, David leads a team of project professionals who are tasked with delivering high-quality construction assignments, from pre-construction to closeout, targeting the multi-family, senior housing, and affordable housing markets throughout the Midwest. He is also responsible for pursuing and securing new construction assignments across the region.

Since joining McShane in 2004, David has demonstrated his expertise through achievements in numerous project undertakings. He is recognized for his balanced perspective and depth of experience as evidenced by continued promotions throughout his time at McShane. His long-standing tenure and track record of success have established his credibility as a knowledgeable professional and reliable resource to owners, brokers, and developers seeking McShane’s expertise. David attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration.
