Erin Collins

Erin Collins is a Human Resources Generalist at The McShane Companies, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Erin served as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator at Ferrara from June 2019 to July 2022, as well as a Human Resources Intern for the City of Bloomington, IL, from December 2018 to May 2019. Erin's experience also includes an internship at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, where support was provided to the Volunteer Coordinator in various volunteer management tasks, and a corporate HR internship at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, which encompassed multiple HR functional areas. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Financial Planning from Illinois State University, completed in 2019.
