Carl Nightingale is an experienced professional in membership services and customer operations, currently serving as the Head of Membership Services Operations at The MDU since June 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing the strategic direction of the Membership Operation and managing the contact centre, enhancing service delivery and quality standards. Prior roles at The MDU included Senior Contact Centre Manager and Membership Team Manager, where Carl successfully implemented new processes and led teams through significant changes. Prior to joining The MDU, Carl worked at LTSB Asset Finance as a Customer Services Controller, overseeing a large team within a call centre environment, and at Digital Cellphones, managing a delivery department. Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management from Loughborough University, earned between 2012 and 2013.
