The MDU
Craig Curran is an experienced professional in operational management and consultancy within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Quality and Control at The MDU since February 2013. Previously, Craig held the position of Director at Helios Solutions Ltd, providing interim management expertise. Significant roles include Interim Head of Operations at Vertex Data Science, where management of a multi-client, multi-site BPO operation was key, and Interim New Business Manager at Kensington Mortgages, where a focus on service level improvements was achieved. Craig also managed substantial teams in various interim positions across organizations such as Selestia/Skandia, Barclays Bank, and Marlborough-Stirling, with an extensive background in claims and support functions at Sunlife Financial of Canada and Confederation Life.
