Megan Pierce

Megan Pierce is an experienced educator with a strong background in early childhood and elementary education. Currently serving as a Senior Kindergarten Teacher at The Meadowbrook School of Weston since July 2021, Megan previously held multiple teaching positions at BASIS Independent Schools, including 2nd Grade Learning Expert Teacher and Kindergarten Expert Teacher. Megan's formative experiences include a Graduate Student role at Fordham Graduate School of Education and a Student Teacher position at Williamstown Elementary School, where classroom management and specialized instruction were key responsibilities. Additional skills were developed through a research assistantship at the Williams College Psychology Lab, focusing on child development, and coaching at the Harvard Technique Swim Academy. Megan holds a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Williams College.
