Aki Bryson

Born in Okinawa Japan and ended up in North Carolina as a youth. After realizing there was no future in somehow being a character on Miami Vice (circa 1980s) he decided to move to NY State to study to be an architect. He realized two things once he started working; Architects get paid crap and he really loved eating. Undeterred by his meager wages be bounced from NY to California and back, he eventually found the sweet spot for his passion for design/build and eating at the meatball shop. Still haven't found a use for his double-breasted suit though.
